      We're committed to getting your parts to you in a timely  manner and at reasonable cost. We use only the most reputable and reliable couriers to ship our products to customers worldwide.

      For Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, we use: UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DHL.

      For customers in Russia and the Former Soviet Union, we use EMS.

      If shipping costs to your country are not available , or if you have any requests or questions about shipping, please contact us – we're always happy to help!


      Since we provide real warranty to all customers, Any parts can be returned to us if they fail, for any reason, within 30 days of invoice date. The part must be unused and returned to us in its original packaging. If there is no fault with the part or the incorrect part was ordered, customers will be responsible for the costs associated with its return.

      1. Test data and quality inspection must be provided before return, which can help us to know where are the problems

      2. All parts must be returned to us within 6 months of invoice / receipt date.

      3. All returned parts must be like for like and in a serviceable condition i.e, part must be complete with all parts attached and no physical damage to the diesel parts

      4. Failure to comply may result in the part(s) being rejected .

      5. International customers need take over the returned shipping cost, the replacements' shipping cost will be paid by us.
